Course title says it all: this workshop is designed to elevate your self-tape and audition technique to a professional, castable level — with efficiency and precision. No distractions. Just bookable results.
After a 10 minute rehearsal, students will dive in and will professionally self tape at SAA’s studio. Students will also have the opportunity to use these professionally shot auditions to update or enhance their showcase reels. Check them out here!
On Migliara & Chris Ippolito
Migliara has created an uncluttered, comprehensive acting system, which includes SAA’s Audition Guideposts. An audition process that is easy, fast, and proven as reliable. Migliara’s acting system uniquely includes business strategies for actors, with castibility, marketing and growth in focus - by which he refers to as “audition strategy and career management”. Chris Ippolito is a seasoned producer with a strong track record in film and television. He has served as a line producer for projects such as Lifetime’sCaught in His Web and Hallmark’s Chasing Waterfalls, where he demonstrated his ability to keep production timelines tight and adhere to budget deadlines while maintaining the quality of the project. Ippolito’s efficiency in managing the logistical challenges of production is complemented by his leadership skills, ensuring every aspect of the production stays on track, from pre-production through to the final cut.
In addition to his work behind the scenes, Ippolito has also made his mark as an actor, with notable appearances in films like The Revenant (2015), Passchendaele(2008), and the series Hell on Wheels.
